Not what I ordered at all

Not what I ordered at all. It's a slide on finial but is not what is pictured on the website. I need what is pictured on the website. I'm doing a fence repair so they need to match existing. I'm not sure why you would show a picture of one item on your website and then send something that looks nothing like it. I will be returning these.
